The oldest continuous Sprite Car Club in the world!

Introduction

The Sprite Car Club of Australia Inc. caters for the interests of owners, drivers and fans of Austin Healey Sprites and MG Midgets in New South Wales. You will find similar Clubs in Victoria and South Australia. Started in June 1960, we have the honour of being the oldest continuously running Sprite and Midget club in the world.

Our Membership currently stands at around the 250 mark, and is slowly growing. Members own more than 150 Spridgets between them, catering for all models. We consider ourselves a friendly Club, visitors and new members being always welcome.

Club Meetings

Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday night of every month (see coming events). The meetings are currently held at:

Parramatta RSL
2 Macquarie Street, Parramatta, NSW
(on the corner of Parramatta Park)
Start time: 7:30pm - in the Bistro

Parking is in the parking station on your right opposite the RSL.

Our meetings while having a set agenda to cover, are friendly and informal, and cover a variety of topics including:

* Reports on past social and competition events
* Details of upcoming social and competition events
* For sales and wanted
* Technical queries and information
* A guest speaker
* Other matters concerning the club and members

So even if you feel that you can't come along to a Club drive because your car isn't on the road yet, the meetings are a great way to meet the other members and learn lots about your car in the process. By the way, there's a nasty rumour circulating that some of our members even find the meetings fun....

Email List - Discussion Group

We have our own email discussion list. You don't need to be a Sprite Car Club member to join the list. Our email list is used to distribute details of cars that may come up for sale, reminders of upcoming club events, notices about interesting Web sites, technical enquires, etc....
